Rotafab is seeking a hard working & enthusiastic team member for the position of Boilermaker Welder at our Wurruk facility.
Role
Read & understand technical drawings, fabricate & fit up of pipe spooling and structural items to said drawings, welding to Rotafab qualified & approved procedures, ensure completion of required weld & material traceability information , contribute to the safety of employees & property, and reduce any environmental impacts.
This is a permanent full time position.
Responsibilities
- Fitting up spools to supplied isometric drawing
- Completing welds to Rotafab qualified & approved procedures
- Completion of weld & material traceability information
- Use of hand tools and mobile lifting aids
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
- Trade Qualification
- Driver’s license
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Boilermaker welding experience
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Oil & gas industry experience (desired)
